THE CULTURE OF ASSASSINATION ADDICTED REGIME

The Eritrean regime has an experience of only one primitive style of political system: The method of chasing its opponents. They don't realize the diversity beauty of life. Everything in life has reduced it to one ugly form: A form of confiscation human rights, intimidation and assassination.

All the beauties of life have been cut down to gloominess in Eritrea by the regime. The shining side of life has escaped the ruling clique. They love darkness and carry out all their crooked works under the cover of night. Sunlight doesn't appreciate it. Feel shy from daylight. Openness frightens them, and falsehood gives them feigned repose. Freedom and human rights terrifies them. A distorted notion of life they really own; to mysteries and devastation they truly guide.

As all of us comprehend, our modern world is divided into two main parts: Developed and developing countries. The main character that differentiates these two worlds is tolerance. This magic word distinguishes the two worlds. Developed countries peoples accept and respect each other. This highly evaluated character has enabled them to develop, prosper and live in peace.

On the other hand, most peoples and governments of developing countries are unable to bear each other. Any group that holds power tries to exclude and deprive the other from everything: freedom of expression, justice, culture, property, to the extent of denying them to exist alive. They aggressively execute genocide and assassination against them. Of course, the intolerants in their tip-top phase accomplish against their opponents assassination crimes.

Eritrea as one of the developing countries is not far from this crippling character. This odd character is strange to the forgiving people of Eritrea. It is imported to Eritrea by the fanatic regime. The intolerants hindered the people of Eritrea from developing for the past seventeen years; and will continue to hold us back if they stay in power.

The prevalence of tolerance demands struggle from all freedom loving Eritreans. We are required to glorify the culture of open-mindedness: The tradition that can guide us to a developed and civilized nation.

I optimistically anticipate, from the Eritreans who have obtained developed countries citizenship to experience practically at the Eritrean political arena the merits of tolerance they have learned from the host countries.

As all of us have observed, intolerance has driven us to the present situation. It is high-time to switch to the opposite direction: The route of civilized peoples that leads to peace, prosperity and stability.

It is a mistaken conception to believe that Eritrea will be a stable and advanced nation under the present regime. Those who have faith in the regime should reassess their stance from the very beginning properly. I believe, seventeen years is enough to be a good lesson for a wise and sane Eritrean. Therefore, before it is too late, they have to participate in rescuing their people and the new generation from the inevitable catastrophes.

The regime that has failed Eritrea in the past seventeen years politically, socially and economically will not make any difference in the future. Our fathers say, "Ishokat ib miblaha titwalad" a thorn from the beginning comes out sharp. As we have witnessed, our harvest for the past seventeen years was slavery, imprisonment, a new waves of refugee, starvation, a loss of hope and frustration among Eritreans.

Currently, it is noticed that the dictator attempts to make some cosmetics to revitalize his regime. He yearns to recall his past practices in our neighbor countries. He sends his assassin squads to our neighbor countries to carry out cold-blooded assassinations. He is unable to understand that we are in the twenty-first century – an open book century. The kinds of cunning that have been successful in the last century can't work at the present time. It is too old schemes to bring relief to the declining   regime.

Today, the people of Eritrea have voices that can make the international community listen. Our communities in America, Australia, Canada, Europe, Asia, Middle East and Africa will make the dictator pay the price of any crime he attempts to commit outside Eritrea.

The aged deceptions of turning off lights from quarters of towns, cities or any other unlawful means of carrying out crimes will not succeed at present. Even if the terror squads managed to escape to Eritrea, the remaining clues will be enough to bring the masterminds of the crime to the international courts.

Our human rights organizations, research centers, free media and the Eritrean Democratic Alliance will demand for international investigation about any crime that may be executed upon Eritrean patriots. Furthermore, the opposition will request to take part in the investigation.

Equally, our people inside Eritrea will participate in documenting the crimes that the regime commits at home. They will endeavor to film the crimes of the regime with their mobile phones and cameras, and send it to the Eritrean human rights organizations, research centers and websites.

Freedom and peace loving Eritreans are resolved to make every
effort to expose the crimes of the regime to the international community, and determined to document the crimes of the regime. They will benefit from the facilities that present modern technology, and take advantage of any opportunity to film the crimes of the regime.

"Jointly, we can move mountains", as our brothers at Awna
website stated.
